the creature stood on all fours , hunched over the remains of what once was a deer . its head snapped up , its canine-like ears twitching at the sound of something approaching . bloodsoaked teeth bared in a warning as the sound grew louder , a low , almost animalistic growl growing deep from its chest .

it let out another low , gurggling growl before it couldn't hold out any longer . the sickening sounds of bones snapping and grinding against each other , rearranging themselves into a more human shape . fur receded , fangs and claws retracted , until the thing he was pinning down was nothing more than a malnourised , nude teenager fighting to stay conscious .

@-falsecaniines- - the scent reached isaakh before he even realized he was breathing it in . fresh blood , warm and steadily spilling from the werewolf , filled his senses with an almost intoxicating sharpness . his crimson eyes flickered toward the wound , hunger stirring beneath his restraint as his grip tightened against the creature . he could hear every sluggish beat of its heart , each one forcing another mouthful of blood into the ground . - now .. you’re making this far too easy .

it was nothing but bones underneath its matted coat of fur , snarling and desperately snapping at the deer , too weak to even fight back properly against the force of isaakh pinning it down . there weren't any thoughts going through its head , just being driven forward by rage and hunger . but that was fading fast - it was injured , throat slowly , rhythmically pumping out blood that pooled around it .
