Hello!
Out of curiosity, and only if you want to answer that:
Have you watched any other Glitch shows/pilots?
And what are your thoughts on them?

@TimeladyNr13 Amazing Digital Circus is a lot of fun, though the lack of real structure to the story makes it a bit harder for me to get into. As much as I enjoy the humor, the serious moments are where the show shines, and a wouldn't mind if they really let loose with the "Matrix, but vaguely Lovecraftian" angle.

Gaslight District is great, but the main character is oddly grating to me. Like, as a side character I would find her fun and interesting, but as the main character she just doesn't click with me. I feel like they tried to give her a kind of Harley Quinn type of energy; unhinged, but charming. But she doesn't have an off switch for the unhinged part and it kinda overstays its welcome IMO.

And Knights of Guinevere...I'm highly intrigued. A love that they're fully going for a more mature audience with the swearing and the more "realistic" violence, but there's so many questions that I don't even want to form an opinion on it in terms of story, setting, etc. Looks awesome and I liked the characters, but beyond that I got nothing.

As for their older shows, not a fan of Meta Runner at all. The jittery motion capture is distracting, and the moment I saw the "Theo" character I was done. And what little I saw of Sunset Paradise was too "lolrandom" for my tastes.

Howdy! It has come to my attention that your book, "The Illusion of CTRL" has reached the Number One spot in the "serialdesignationn" tag. Congratulations.

@Trialanderore Down to #4 now, but holy shit! Wish the site would've sent me a notification when it happened so I could've snagged a screenshot or something, but I'll take your word for it, friend!

That said, the fact that it's in the top 100 for a category as broad as "robots" is even more nuts to me.

Thx for agreeing to help me
I’m basically trying to write a story with all the aspects of the show with a twist
What if cyn was not the only drone that had the absolute solver
But here’s where I’m finding a problem how am I supposed to explain the absolute solver to the readers ?
since most ppl think that the AS (absolute solver) and cyn are the same drone

shadowofthefoergeten

I thank you for your response I had a similar idea the existence of the AS is mostly built on a chance and it would make sense for the possibility to repeat itself

@shadowofthefoergeten This is where the ambiguity and hand-waving that's rampant in the show kinda becomes your best friend. There's almost no concrete info on the AS in the lore. We don't know where it comes from, we don't know how long it's been around, we don't know if Cyn was the first host, and we don't know if it's the only one of its kind. There's nothing in the lore that says there couldn't be a second AS.

In fact, if we look at the things the AS is inspired by, it would make sense that there's more than one. Eldritch horror doesn't end with Cthulhu. Dracula isn't the only vampire, or even the first. The Symbiotes may have started with Venom, but he was always part of a whole alien race. As long as it's well-integrated and makes sense within the story, I don't think anyone will have a problem with a second AS.

Are you gonna post any other murder drones stories? If yes id like a murder drones reaction story of not that’s ok

@DragonGod2817 While I wouldn’t say "never", it's highly unlikely. Unless I come up with something that really grabs me, I typically only write one story per fandom I get into.
