I am the type of person that sleeps a lot just to escape reality. I love day dreaming because it is my own creation. No one could tell me what to do or not to do. I love that you can dream anything and everything. You can dream about your: past, present, future,  or something that doesn't relate to anything that involves you. I love that I can escape my own life for a little bit!
