Even tho there no more Missing Heir my brain is still coming up with ideas, like what if with the Sacred Blood of Nishizumi, Shimada and Yamato families there was a fourth family that had the Dominant strain of Sacred Blood  like the kind that keeps the other 3 family bloods in line and actually decides who's worthy or unworthy and when decided unworthy the person doesn't actually kill you,  the killing unworthy part is actually a curse placed on the Sacred Blood by the last user of the Dominant strain Blood, till the true last descendant reverses the curse and now Gero can relax that his daughters won't die

Gero said he wants to start a school or Academy and I'm sure you have a name for it but may I suggest the name could be "Shirotora Academy" White Tiger academy 

I'd like to see Alexandra, Charlotte and Victoria come visit Gero the wives and the kids, Gero's kids call her auntie Queen auntie Charlotte and auntie Vicky and bring presents, and another thing could be nearing the end after how Gero and wives announced the pregnancy Alexandra would announce to the world that Gero + wives & their children are under the protection of the crown  and even British citizenship then the other world leaders state the same, it's because Gero saved their countries from Pandora and this is their way of thanking him, his friends and his family

Something I've puzzled about with the Sacred Blood of Nishizumi, Shimada and Yamato families is where did it come from or when did it start, we know it started before gun powder (whenever that was) but not how it began so my theory is the family ancestors received something maybe a medicine or a cocktail of things kinda like how Muzan from Demon Slayer became a demon or like the flower that Black Panther takes to gain strength, so I believe the ancestors received a potion that changed their Blood from normal blood to Sacred Blood giving them their special skills and if that's true then that would mean if someone else found the formula and recreates the potion and takes it then that means anyone can have Sacred Blood

Be intriguing  if Pandora actually had a contingency plan for if Edward White failed in killing Gero by cutting his head off or poisoning him, Pandora's contingency plan is their first attempt at a super soldier or human weapon, Pandora's "project Moving Mind" a human with telekinesis, someone who could grab Gero from any angle hold and could either throw him had a hard solid wall or with a snap of his fingers turns Gero becomes a red mist, but this individual escaped and forged his own life but still meets Gero and beats the crap out of the Queen because of comment she makes. 
          
          Just another wacky idea

I reckon a funny twist event cliffhanger would be that the Queen actually has 3 children, a second son who's the real youngest, though dead but turns out he lived and has been hiding so many years, he returns apon learning that his big brother is imprisoned and a twist it was big brother to tried to have him killed so no threat to his power, the young prince discovered about Pandora and the experiments, that's where he discovered a new threat   Chimera  Pandora's rival 

I thought Gero would get Dare Devil like abilities, there is still a question I constantly think about, that 1 week honeymoon in America Gero was go forced to go on, did something happen that would take 9 to 10 months to show? 
          
          I still think Sachi is Aniki's child and I can't remember but did you say who the "special kid" was that Byakko said to Erika in the Sacred realm? I was guessing Kin but now with the prince he could have been the kid Byakko said, and with all your twists this could mean he's still got something planned, something terrible
