@Kookoosboobies first go to ur profile then settings then click on help and support and then help center then go to known issues there click need more help and then choose appeal request from there fill in the details and description mention that this is an urgent matter as author could loose her books if action not taken immediately, she was not notified before deleting the acc, her stories don't violate any policy, they were rated for mature audiences etc etc
