Basically, Nayan was the school topper with a toxic home life, and Sitara was the new girl who became his safe space. They were best friends with Arsh through 11th and 12th, but then Nayan just had to leave without telling anyone why. 17 years later, Nayan is a cardiologist and Sitara ends up being his patient with a serious heart condition. The high school part is Nayan narrating their story to another patient, sharing how they bonded and how she totally changed his perspective back then. It’s basically about their paths crossing again after nearly two decades, with Nayan now being the one in charge of her care.
