Quick question, are you’re stories on ao3 different at all then the ones on Wattpad?

@Hasumi2024 If you have an account, you can subscribe to an author, basically get an email notification whenever they post a new work/book. And you can also subscribe to individual works/books instead of the author themselves. That's close to "following" as you can get on Ao3 I believe

That actually makes perfect in total sense! I found your stories on there. I just don’t know if there’s a way for me to “follow” you on there like on Wattpad, if you get what I mean.

@Hasumi2024 No, they're all the same, nothing has been taken out. Perhaps the only difference is correction of a sentence or a word, small things like that and not very often. Hardly impacts the stories as a whole. The only difference there will be is if I plan to write more explicit scenes in a separate fic, it'll only get posted to Ao3. I plan to do this with my recent fic "The Reluctant Crown". When the main story is concluded, there will be a separate fic containing more explicit scenes but only on Ao3. Believe me, I've mulled this over multiple times and I feel more comfortable posting such a fic on Ao3, where I can tag it properly with what it might contain. Wattpad has a ranking system with their tags which I'm not such a fan of. There's a lot of things I'm not a fan of regarding Wattpad. It is what it is. So basically, main stories will still be posted as normal but "side content" won't be if they're explicit. I plan to inform about the "side content" on the main story if there is any. I know I'm making it more complicated but I feel like this is how I want it done. Hope this explains my reasoning for doing it like this (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤
