How’s your guys summer going so far?

Any of you HTTYD fans out there? I have loved the franchise when I was younger, and I loved watching the first movie back then, which is a masterpiece. The sequel was the best, and the third one was good but not perfect imo. So, I wanted to give the live-action remake a try on digital today after I have rewatched the original a couple of days ago. I absolutely enjoyed it to my surprise. Not quite as good as the original, but it’s a lot better than those awful Disney remakes we’ve been getting, and that to me is a breath of fresh air. So many frame-by-frame shots that made it into the film from the original but the changes they made are so subtle but they work. I’m glad this live-action remake kept the spirit of the original strong. This is like a 7.5 out of 10 for me.

Just got out of the theater from seeing Jurassic World Rebirth, and I think is a very solid movie, I actually quite liked it. Some action scenes are good and felt like it’s from the 90s. I did had some issues with the movie. One was the civilian family had much plot armor than I thought. The lore was a little confusing, fitting this movie with the timeline is a bit trippy. The mutants have more screen time than the regular dinosaurs. The D-Rex is kinda cool but not my favorite, I don’t know how I feel about the Mutadons I just wish they didn’t exist. 
          I give this movie a 6 or 7 out of 10. Not a perfect movie, but I had a great time watching it in theaters.

Today marks the 25th anniversary of Disney’s DINOSAUR (2000)! 
          
          This movie holds a special place in my heart, as it is one of my childhood favorites. No matter what people some people online say, it’s definitely an underrated classic that deserves more recognition. The visuals, the action, the themes of hope and survival, and the incredible music, and so on. My all-time favorite part is the ‘Egg Travels’ sequence in the beginning. 

Hello! I’m STILL ALIVE! Sorry, I’ve been drawn too much lately on Uma Musume. I’ve been watching the recent episodes of the Cinderella Gray anime and read a bit of the manga. I gotta say, it’s such a peak show. Cygames rules! Also I’ve been drawing more than writing lol.
          
          In case you don’t know, I’m an Uma Musume fan and wanted to create an original story with my own characters, setting, etc… I would focus on my other story, but my autistic-ridden brain wants to jump from one thing to another and I’m sorry for that. 
          
          I don’t know if I should write fanfics based on Uma Musume though. But for story wise it might be a Trainer x Uma fanfic, or the original story as I mentioned. Let me know what you’d like to see. 
          
          Man, I love Kitasan so much like I bought a figure of her just when I thought there wasn’t one in all of the places I’ve been. And Dia, and come on, how could I not love Oguri Cap, even TopRo. 

So, I recently found out that Val Kilmer had passed away. Man, at first I thought it was like an April Fools joke, but as I searched online, it was actually true. 
          
          He was known for ‘Top Gun,’ ‘Batman Forever,’ ‘The Ghost and the Darkness,’ and Moses from ‘The Prince of Egypt’ (my favorite DreamWorks movie). 
          
          May he rest in peace…
