I have two updates to make, First of all suited for success, part 2 came out but it took nearly 2 weeks to make.

@Kurat1000 It was basically Supposed to Be A Bad Joke because Hooters had the The word Hoot and it had something to Do with a Owl and Hooters is a casual American restaurant and sports bar chain and how everyone else that appeared in the video is How They React to the Joke and How bad it was
