CaptainSai is right, having fun is important. You can watch animes, movies, or even some memes (it works perfectly -w-). But most importantly, talk to someone, online or not, to your friends or family. And if you still feel down...well..try to write it down, write the days when you're feeling not fine, empty, sad or else, and write your feelings QwQ
