What I've learned as a writer is that a storyline without issues will never build a solid plot. There can't be happiness in every chapter. There needs to be a little bit of chaos or a problematic event to build the plot and characterization. And sometimes it's ok if the main characters aren't perfect or if they make choices that may seem selfish/stupid. They are humans and it's more realistic when they make mistakes.

Just hit 100k on Before They Break! I'm so happy and appreciative. Grateful that this book has received so much love!

I removed the sequel because I feel like it deserves a better one.

In the meantime, check out Man on a Mission. It's about their son.

Thank you so much to everybody that read Before They Break!

Wondering if I should rewrite Before They Break 2 or make a second edition with a stronger plot.

Going to publish a new book soon. A romance/drama/sports/suspense all in one. I hope it's well-received. I'm so grateful for all the love my two books have gotten and I don't want to disappoint.
