The program I use is paint tool sai v2 (it’s free if you just google a tutorial) and I use a laptop and a Wacom tablet!! :))

Hey.... this may seem like.... rude or something, but, you are better at art than me and..... I kinda want you to design a cover for me. I feel like people would read a book with a better looking cover than what I can do. If you want to do an art trade, I’m not very good at art and I might disappoint you.
