@L0V3SW33TH34RT hey don't listen to her! I know that you're an amazing person. Idc that you haven't posted a chapter for a long time, because I have too. I also wear colourful stuff even if it's middle school, so you're not alone. I also sc4tch myself so I guess we have similar stuff. Yesterday I lied about my assessment (mind you it isn't the actual test) and I got some low scores. She eventually found out and called me selfish and ungrateful. You aren't alone, many people are experiencing this too. Don't worry, you'll get some rest soon.

@L0V3SW33TH34RT mothers always have something bad to say about you. it's either because they don't like how you turned out when they wanted you to be completely different, or because you couldn't be a mini copy of them. while i'd say you shouldn't mind her much and it'll be good, i know very well it feels even worse when those words come from your very own mother and it's hard to ignore. believe me, crying about something so small is good. why? because if you cry about something that looks so small, it should be making you clearly uncomfortable etc and nothing's wrong with expressing how you feel about certain things. that way, people would be more careful doing those / saying those things around you and would it even make anything worse? no. if somebody is "tired" of you crying over something so miniscule, then that's because they're clearly not a good person in that way for not respecting you. you can dress however you want, personally i get called out a lot for always wearing long sleeve clothes even at summer so i know how it feels like you're not respected just because of your clothing style. about writing, try to find things that motivate you, listen to some new music... read some other people's books... i don't know how getting yourself motivated would work for you. wait until floor 2 and see if you gain your motivation back, and do not drown yourself in thoughts that you are useless. because you sure are important to us, and most importantly you're important to your mother. believe me, if she didn't care about you and truly believed you were those things you mentioned, she wouldn't even bother yelling. she just wants you to fix whatever she finds not nice, so you could be a better person for yourself. i'm not very good of a therapist, but i hope i managed to help even if just a little bit.
