Sorry I haven’t been editing or updating much recently. Awhile back I had like...3 new chapters? And most of the old chapters edited and was going to spam it out all in one day. Buuuut it deleted all of my progress right before I was ready which... yeah. Sort of rage-quit for a bit, but I’m going to try and get back on schedule soon.

Hellooo again. I’ve made a Twitter account for my Evil Kankri AU. It’s called “hvpocrisis” with a music note as the display name. 
          It’s a private account, so you’ll have to request, but basically it’s where I’ll be posting (most) announcements about this story. 
          Also, I updated the description for the AU story. Just re-formatted it and such.

HELLO I’m going to be editing the first few chapters of my “evil Kankri AU” now. Yeah uhhh just read my past announcements for context on that. I apologize in advance for the fact that it pings everyone who’s added the story to their lists and stuff whenever I edit it- Sorry about that. 
          But yeah, after I’ve finished sprucing up the first few chapters I recommend rereading them! I’m trying to get them all up to at least 1000 words instead of like.... 200.

Nevermind actually. I made the last decision on a whim because I was rereading the story and thought the first few chapters sucked.
          But you know what?
          I can literally just go back and edit those. I’ve put waaaay too much effort into this to just. Cut it off before it’s ACTUALLY finished.
          I got this one idea last night to continue the plot on... let me tell ya, it makes ZERO sense but it’s gonna be interesting I think.

Hi. I doubt anyone will see this, but in regards to my “evil Kankri AU” story...:
          It has come to my attention that this story is, ah...All over the place. It doesn’t have much plot.
          I will TRY to finish it, but it will probably suck.
          Anyway... You know how I said I was going to remake it at some point?
          Yeah. I’m plotting the remake out right now. (Wow! Me actually plotting things and not making it up as I go?)
          It’s going to be just about as strange and nonsensical, but actually have a plot line and be a LOT better quality.
          Here are some examples of things that are planned to be in the remake, but are subject to change: Western cowboy themes maybe, might be cool. We rockin with a combination of Homestuck and Homestuck fancomics??? Possibly other villains than just Kankri. Maybe traitor characters. Better bad guy motivations for Kankri. Etc.
          
          But yeah, I’ll try to finish this story off quickly with the slight plot I do have- and then start the new story! See, I told you I wouldn’t give this up! As silly as it is.
          
          - Also, I plan on updating my profile picture and background once the new story launches.

So, a year and a half or so ago I started my silly little “evil Kankri AU” story.
          It was originally intended as a joke, just some funny ideas I got that I decided to make in a fanstory.
          Well, people started actually reading it to my surprise-I admittedly got proud of myself for that-and decided to continue it, thus it started to be something that was...An actually serious story. Somehow.
          I grew out of and back into Homestuck multiple times throughout the span of the story, but somehow it still stuck. Haha.
          Then, back in about...around November? In November I completely forgot it existed. I do not know how. It completely escaped my mind I guess.
          However, just a few weeks ago, I remembered that it existed and reread it. I realized it was still getting views, was pretty badly written but still not as bad as I remembered it, and even got a few new likes.
          So, I started plotting things for it once more.
          I couldn’t come up with much, as usual, and scrapped it AGAIN- telling myself “I’ll come back for it later.”
          Well, last night I had a burst of inspiration and some cool idea-bringing dreams to go along with it. 
          So, with a bunch of fresh new ideas and soon-to-come plot-lines, I’m going to continue updating this story!
          I’m heading off to finish the chapter I’m currently working on now. I might also redo the title page- if that’s what you call it? The little intro thingy. 
          Just thought I’d talk about it here first, after being absent for so long.
          Anyway, thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to read my lame little story, thrown together from my random ideas. I’ll see you soon! :)
