New writer here, attempting to Gauge interest in the story of a young professional woman's interest in science, psychotropic natural herbal tinctures, or "drugs" literature, human (sexual) behavior, as she researches her maternal ancestors.
CeyLa WaOff graduates from a prime Ivy League school with a Masters in Human Genetics and is doing her doctoral studies by researching her female ancestors' lives, comparing how every woman's genetics contribute to her lines' evolution.
During a series of intense, prolonged lab studies, CeyLa finds a way to tap into her mitochondrial dna and the "junk" dna sequences on her XX chromosomes.
Further, by inducing lucid dream sequences, with minor help from an herbal concoction her great grandmother gave her as a cure-all, injecting herself with the concoction and lab isolated autosomal dna markers, Ceyla is able to "return" to various era's along her Haplogroup markers, tapping into the lives of her female ancestors encapsulating the last 15,000 years.
Ceyla's markers are indicative of a female lineage evolving over the last 28,000 years. Her ancestral journey really begins in the Neolithic Age. Complicating the journey of science, genetics, anthropology, archeology and epic adventure travel, Ceyla struggles to learn if she can control when and where she travels by isolating certain genetic markers and improving on the medicinal herbal concoctions she collects and creates during her physical travels.
The shocker ensues early on, when CeyLa realizes she is able to tap into not only the past but future lives.
Follow CeyLa as she creates an epic adventure discovering and reliving the loves and lives of the women who came before her and mind expanding moments living lives yet to come.
