Ok so when you are writing out the story you can edit it so all the chapters come out as different chapters. The steps are:
          1. Go onto create and select your story
          2. Then select the first chapter
          3. Cut your second chapter away 
          4. Then go back to the chapter page and in the top right hand corner there is a little icon with a pen on it; tap it
          5. That should create another chapter. Then tap it and paste
          6. Repeat last three steps with chapter two
          7. Then publish
