Hey fellas. I'm Coopsdad11. I've been LD's virtual friend for years and as much as I wish I could tell you otherwise, unfortunately I don't think he's with us anymore.
          
          He struggled with mental issues for years before this, and as far as he told me things were just getting worse and worse in his life. In July of last year I supported him and tried to keep in contact. But he disappeared.
          
          I've tried everything over the past few months, messaging on here, discord, trying to find any information about him based on his real name online, sending money to him just to get a message through, even calling the collage he went to. But I haven't gotten anything.
          
          His passion for his projects on here were always at the forefront of his mind despite life's challenges. The fact that everything surrounding his online presence and real life presence stopped, and hasn't come back in almost a year gives me reason to believe he might have taken his own life. I genuinely hope with every bit of me that whatever happened, that he's at peace wherever he ended up.
          
          I thought it would be only fair to the people here that care about and follow his work to know what happened. I know a ton about his stories through the hundreds of hours of messages we've shared over the years. If anyone ever has questions, please ask me.

Hey, LD! I haven't heard from you in forever man! Is everything okay?

So, updates on Destined To Be have been slow, to say the least, last time I uploaded was over a month ago, so that's fun lmao. 
          
          Unfortunately life has been kicking my ass, but I did manage to write for 20 minutes today, just from a random prompt a friend gave me.
          
          And from that, well I managed to actually come up with something. It's 700 words of a more introspective piece, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless!
          
          I don't always get to write original stuff, so this is a nice break, but I hope I was able to practice a little with this.

Hi everyone, thought I'd make an announcement, since it has been a month. Once again, life has just... kicked my ass.
          
          I swear anime fights aren't as one sided as this lmao
          
          Not much more to say other than that, but as for chapters and writing going ahead, I'm really not sure
          
          I'll try my best of course, but it may be a while until I can write again. I will try and write a chapter over the weekend if I get some time, but no promises.

So... looks like I folded in the challenge, sorry guys. 
          
          But chapter 55 of Destined To Be really took a lot out of me, and I do hope it was worth it, so I took a break for a bit, but hey, 3 decently long chapters in 3 days, I'm quite proud of that. 
          
          In any case, even if there isn't an update to that story, I did release a new work! It's another one-shot, like life's reciept. 
          
          But this one is a little darker.
          
          Discretion is advised, there aren't any explicit triggers, but it is a heavy piece of writing, so just be careful if those kinds of things do get to you easily. 
          
          Please let me know your thoughts on this down below, or in the comments of that work.
