            I’ll see .   It would be nice to have you both visit .  [ And get away from this weather ]  .    I’ll arrange a date for when you can come over ,   see if I can work my way into getting at least a few hours off work .   (  slipping into arabic as she complained about the weather .   it was her least favourite thing about coming to visit — -   she swears she nearly freezes every time  )

Whether it’s you coming to us or us coming to you,  I’m sure it wouldn’t matter.  It’s nice to keep up on friendships outside of work;  especially with those who have saved your life more than you can count. (  Though,  he cannot say he was surprised with the answer,  life in the military never seems to slow;  even at his age,  it feels never ending.  )

            I'll have to look at my schedule .    Alex and I planned to come over near Christmas ,   visit for a few days before we go to America . That might be the earliest we can come over ,   but I'll see .   (  moving away from the topic with ease ,  she shrugs .   it was never easy to make space to visit ,   but she'd see what she could do  )
