LGBT+ means (if you don't already know) Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Trans. There are others and that's why there is a Plus right there. 

Sexuality is a complicated thing and I tend not to judge even if I don't understand it but I wouldn't mind if you tell me about it. If it makes you feel better.

Queer+ (This is for any story that you feel doesn't fall into the other categories)
