@Heeseung_2007 thanks but to be honest even if i'm not allowed to walk yet i'm already walking again and i'm actually fine again i had a tumor operation on my chest last year and it was definitely much worse so I think my knee is really good gone but thank you and I hope you are fine and in a good mood

            And don't be scared about needles. Try to stay calm. I legit had phobia of needles, a very bad one. But then i got multiple surgeries as well and now i willingly prefer needles over tablets.
            
            Just remember that it will be just a prick, which is far more better than any serious disease or complication. Try to understand the fact that its necessary , bear the prick for a second and then you won't be scared much. And i pray for you to recover soon afterwards. Just take care of yourself and follow whatever the doctor says ♥️
