I just wanted to pop in and say thank you for 20K reads on Her Devil May Care! Thank you to everyone who has read, and I haven't forgotten about the bonus chapters. They are coming.
          
          Right now I'm focusing hard on editing Fate Interrupted for self-publication in November. I'm uploading the revised chapters in bunches as I go. So when I have that all finished, I'll post again here, and you all can read the edited version before I probably have to take it down to post on KU. But even if I do that, don't worry, I'll replace this version with my original - Ren's single POV.

I just finished reading When the Dust Settles by @HeidiCarroll, and it sucked me in from the very first chapter. Heidi has a real talent for creating characters who feel authentic and deeply human. Warning: the first chapter is a real tear-jerker, and by the end of it, I was already very emotionally invested in the MC Kennedy—my heart broke for everything she’d lost, and I hoped she and Lucy would find the happiness they deserved.
          
          This story made me laugh, cry, swoon, and ache right alongside its characters. Nash was the perfect slow-burn hero—rugged, caring, and mysterious. I couldn’t wait to learn what was hiding behind his walls.

He reaches down and lifts his shirt just enough to flash smooth skin and hard, flexed abs for a single, devastating second before letting the fabric fall back into place. ... When he palms himself through his pants, I clap a hand over my mouth, laughing because I don’t know what else to do with the rush of heat crawling up my spine.
          Watching him like this is somehow both embarrassing and completely mesmerizing—and I’m not sure when it stopped being a bit of a laugh.
