Once I was asked why I write. Why on earth would I ever spend countless hours secluding myself to make up a story that the majority of mankind will likely never read and more likely never remember? Why do I write?

I write because I love it. I've loved it since I knew how to write. I "published" my first book at 8 years old, a story of me and my friend getting sucked into a video game completed with hand-drawn pictures. 

I write because that's how I express myself the best. It is the best medium I have found to get my thoughts into reality. Each story I write houses a part of my soul. 

Lastly, I write because I want to change people's lives for the better. It doesn't have to be a big change, but I want my stories to influence people. Give them hope in their own real-life stories, just as wonderful stories have done for me over the years. 

So you can see that I don't write to be popular. I don't do it for money (though it could be a nice bonus haha). I write for me. And I write for you.
