False Alarm!
If you've been anxiously waiting for a new chapter, I apologize! Chapter 30, which has just been posted, is just what had originally been the second half of Chapter 29 (with a few more sentences). I felt these two scenes should be their own chapters, even if they're shorter than my usual word count.
BUT, Chapter 31 will be coming soon! And it'll be a longer one again. ☺️
I recently finished this book by @RayaJean and enjoyed every minute of it! (Even the parts that I didn't really enjoy *broken heart emoji here*) Being in the head of Ringer, the MMC, was such a ride. I probably yelled at him in the comments about as much as I wanted to hug him. If you're a fan of found family, deep friendships, opposites attract, and reading about the hard times of living on the wrong side of town, this is the book for you! I love you, Ringer! As a side note, if you want to hear some music that reminds me so much of Cal, check out Cameron Whitcomb. I went to his show last night and it was an amazing experience hearing some of the songs live that have such a special place in my little writer heart. Now I need to catch up on sleep and get through the post concert blues, but after that I'm sure the inspiration will be flowing out of me.

@CB_Dahlia Ahh, that makes sense! And the cover you used is so cute ❤️ The Love I Found is my first book and it's complete. It's kind of more of a drama than a romance, so be warned. The Love I Need is its sequel, but it has been read as a stand alone by a few people. It takes place five years later and is basically the real conclusion of The Love I Found. (I'd strongly advise to read The Love I Found first still.) And then my current work in progress is The Love We Resist. This book is dual POV, unlike my others. It's a bit of a forbidden/taboo romance (though not as intense as some books on Wattpad lol), and is technically the third book in the series. BUT it follows all new characters from the next generation. So while it will give away a lot of spoilers from the first two books, you don't need to have read those books to follow this one. All that to say, if you want to start from the beginning, start with The Love I Found. But if you don't mind spoilers to the rest of the series (if you decide to read them in the future), feel free to jump to The Love We Resist. ☺️
