4 ) REPORT  —  MISC.
            
            PERSONALITY :  despite being a villain  ,  he's a kid who wants to help. that being said  ,  in his eyes  ,  killing someone could be considered helping. he only has this full mindset towards people he cares for. seeing as that whole list is made up of villains  ,  his "helping" tends to be unethical things. he's a good listener but he finds it hard to make his own decisions. oftentimes his choices were actually made by a lizard. he's genuinely bright and polite but he's also quick to use sarcasm and get annoyed. no matter the person  —  heroes or villains  ,  he minds his manners. he has and will politely ask someone if he can stab them. he'd do it either way but it's the thought that counts. his joy turns manic when in the face of destruction and violence. he's overall just a kid who wants affection and is willing to do anything for it.
            
            
            * he originally thought his quirk was just being able to talk to lizards. which , as a kid who was already obsessed with them , he was overjoyed with. it wasn't until a week later that he fully friended arata and learned the full extent of it.
            
            * could tell you just about anything on lizards even before he got his quirk. definitely happened from spinner once offhandedly mentioning ( to someone else ) that he's not a lizard. the four year old then listed every reason why he SHOULD be a lizard , as they were clearly superior to any other species ( still bringing it up a decade later )
            
            * he's very blunt due to his want to be truthful. he's always quick to apologize once he realizes he's said something offensive.
            
            * he doesn't have any abilities from his mutations like spinner does. he can swim easier but that's it.
            
            * tends to talk fast and loud without meaning too
            
            * just give him a few hugs and he's down to murder someone for you. it's quite literally what he asks for as his reward.

3 ) REPORT
            
            (MAIN )FOUR LIZ CLOVER ( yes , the limit was for a stupid pun )
            
            ARATA :  a small green lizard with a healing quirk. he grows a patch of flowers in place of the wound  ,  the time needed to heal depending on how big the wound is. only works on external wounds.
            
            ROCK : rock is a large brown lizard with an earth quirk. rock  ,  ironically  ,  repels all stones away from herself. they're forced to move a few inches away  ,  but if she chooses to  ,  she can fling them at people. while she can't fling any rock bigger than herself  ,  they soar at a super fast pace  ,  leaving behind decent sized wounds.
            
            NORI :  nori is a medium sized yellow lizard with a detection and cloaking quirk. when the word "seek" is said by kisho  ,  nori will reveal anyone's location as far as it's possible to see  ,  by the human eye  ,  around them. once kisho moves  ,  the locations are hidden again. when the word "hide" is said  ,  she will turn whoever is holding her invisible  ,  the ability also wearing off when they move.
            
            TOM :  tom is a small brown lizard with an intelligence quirk. the quirk doesn't affect the lizard itself  ,  kisho the only one it will work on. the quirk allows kisho to process and remember things at a faster rate. 

3 ) REPORT  —  VILLAIN PERSONA  &  QUIRK 
            
            VILLAIN NAME :  REPLACER  (  a fusion of  '  reptile  '  and the scientific name for lizards  )
            VILLAIN ATTIRE :  OUJI STYLE WITH A THEATER MASK
            
            QUIRK NAME :  LIZARD LOTTERY
            
            his quirk allows him to give a random ability to any lizard he's within ten feet of. as an add on  ,  he has the ability to understand and communicate with lizards. 
            
            the quirk has no time limit unless he's using it on more than four lizards at a time. if it's used on more than four ,  it has a randomized limit between 5 - 30 minutes. after that  ,  it will either reduce back to the original four  ,  have a cool down between 20 minutes and 12 hours  ,  or turn him into a lizard.
            
            each lizard has one set power. even if it's been weeks  ,  the power will be the same as it was before.
            
            while he has the ability to communicate with lizards  ,  he has no real control over them. the quirk will only work on a lizard if they trust him. so  ,  if he's attacking you with hundreds of lizards  ,  that means he has somehow managed to befriend that many ( probably more if we're being honest ).
            
            he has four lizards that he chooses to constantly use his quirk on. they were the first four he ever used it on  ,  and as a result  ,  there's no drawback to constantly using it on them. it wouldn't be possible to constantly use his quirk on any lizard outside of the four. his limit is two hours before he loses his hold. despite this  ,  he tends to always have at least a dozen lizards around him.
            
            his quirk only works on the common lizard you see around.
            
            he addresses each lizard by name. he doesn't name them himself but no one tends to believe that.
