You know what's the exasperating thing about moving across state lines, or in my case, national borders? The networking. As a certified introvert with a hobbies exclusive to music and literature, socializing is a tedium I could really do without. But between people trying to find me on Facebook ("No that's not the right spelling, it's Raphael with a 'c' or 'Rachel' with an extra 'a' JEEEEZUS I told you this a million times), explaining that I'm not on Instagram or Twitter ("photos are not my thing", "I can't limit myself to 200 characters") and WhatsApp essentially turning into Snapchat ("OH MY GOD I TOLD YOU I DON'T LIKE PICTURES") and, oh gosh, the constant "we must hang out sometime" and the casual non-committed agreeing, only to want to kill myself when they call saying they were serious and they'll see me in 5 minutes... You see why I prefer lying starfish on my bed reading, right?
So, mostly I wanted to rant about Mark Zuckerberg and why he is so intent on getting rid of product differentiation, but I guess that's a no brainer given the past decisions he's made. But don't ruing texting, man, it's the only thing that keeps me from stumbling nervously on call.
And, on a side note, keep reading my stories, keep loving them, keep voting for them.

          	Gros bisous,
          	Rachael

Hey ya'll!

I see there are more followers than when I last checked (Guilty: that was a long time ago), so I just wanna say welcome to my world. I am working on literally a dozen stories, but I haven't published any in a long time (pleading the fifth). But I am going to update regularly.

Also, if you see me republishing old chapters, it's because I realized that I suck at electronics, and typing mostly, so I am being a healthy Grammar freak and rectifying them. So don't worry, no major changes to the story content of Funny How Love Strikes.

And I stick to my original plea: please like, comment and constructively critique my writing. There's no reason for me to create content if my readers aren't happy with it, and I want you'll to be happy.

So, peace out, mes chers. Keep reading. Keep laughing.

          A bucket full of love,

          Rachael

Yo folks!

          So I've finally graduated (yippee!)

But just when I thought my tryst with huge textbooks is over, I learn that in going to Canada. To study. For HR Management (ugh!)

But what do I say, a girl's gotta eat.

So I'll be on the other side of the planet soon, and I've decided to publish and republish my stories.

I know I disappeared for a long while, and I'm hoping you'll are disappointed and sad because of that, cause if you aren't, then there's no point in my writing these stories.

So keep watching this space for updates, as I try to be more regular... but I can't promise as I'm a master at procrastination.

At any rate, on time or delayed, don't forget to read, like and comment on these stories. A writer is only as good as her readers wasn't her to be, and your reviews will help me polish my writing, so that I in turn can bring out stories you can love. Who says symbiosis I'd not a human thing?

Lots and lots and lots of love,

          Rachel with an 'a'

Before you'll kill me, let me explain myself.

I've taken down my stories. Do not worry, I'll publish them again. It's just that I really really need to edit these stories. My view is that you'll deserve better, and in the case of Funny How Love Strikes, I feel like I have succumbed to a cliché. I know you'll love the story, and I won't take away from that, definitely not Eric or Jane or any other characters. They need direction, and I'm just gonna give them that.

Further books in the series will be published under a new series title, plus there's some exciting series and stand alone novels coming up.

So keep watching this space, coz things will get groove in a week ;)

          Lots of love,
          Rachael

This is what happens when you get debarred from giving university exams- your life sinks from miserable to somewhere below it... way down somewhere below it.
Amazingly, I have NO TIME to write. Or edit for that matter. This whole episode turned my life into an episode of Game of Thrones - running around from pillar to post, 'warring' with the higher ups, career possibly getting slaughtered, heck, even a protest (which I didn't participate in.), all for a chair in the exam hall... All without the whole getting physical bit...
Now you'll know why I've had no time. Add to that some frenemy problems, and you have a social drama a 20 year old could well live without...
On some days, I thank God I don't date, cause I'm sure my man would've just added to the mess, not to mention whine when I don't pay him any attention.
So, here's a promise, not a flimsy one: I will write/edit/post some new chapters soon. I have some new stories and some old ones that need polishing, and once that's done, you'll read it on here.
          Cool?

          Lots of love,

I know, I'm a horrible person.

I haven't updated in months. That's because I'm in a been in a literally bad phase. (Completely blaming the fact that I'm in final year university)

Also I've fallen out with the concept of love. Nope, I didn't have a breakup. You need to have a boyfriend (or girlfriend, depending on which side you bat for) in order to break up.

It's just weird with me lately. Terrible excuse for not updating, I know, but there it is in all honesty.

So I've promised myself to bring in updates every Tuesday and Sunday, at least till the end of the semester.

Not today though. I've got to catch up on Elementary and Rizzoli and Isles.

Yup, it's a cruel world and I'm a cruel woman. But I love you all. Even though I'm off the concept of love.

Signing off with lots of kisses and apologies,
          Rachael <3

I hate shopping.
I'm leaving for a conference in Philipines on Tuesday and my mom is dragging me to shop. Add to that a ton of other stuff like work etc and what do you get?
          No story updates.
I know, I know. You'll want to read what happens next. Well, you'll know soon as u get to update the story, which is virtually impossible right now. So, please bear with me till Wednesday, where in Philippines (hoping I get wifi) I'll update both my stories. It's exactly 23:34, and way past my curfew. I'm in so much trouble if I'm caught.
So sorry for the slow updates, and I promise I'll make up for it by writing some awesome chapters.
          Love you'll xoxo

But seriously?! Wow! I don't believe this.

It's been great so far with the appreciation I've been receiving for the book. I really hope it continues as I take JanEric's story forward...

So, look on here for posts and updates. Another chapter will be posted on sooner, if not laters....

I love breaks between exams :D

Since I have a looong weekend, I decided to update Funny How...

So here are 2 new chapters now up on wattpad. Maybe 3 if I finish editing the next one.

I've completed the 1st book of my still untitled action adventure! I'll begin posting it up once Funny How... is done.

Just to let you'll know, it's set in Mumbai, my city.

At any rate, do read Around the Corner. And don't forget to comment and vote
