I am a Canadian Military Brat from the 50's.  Raised most of my life on bases across Canada, which means many things that others who have not lived that life, do not understand it.  I am a poet, genealogist for the family, and hopefully some day a published writer.  Title of Book in progress is just that......

The girl you just called fat...she's overdosing on diet pills. The girl you just called ugly... she spends hours putting makeup on, hoping people will like her. The boy you just tripped... he is abused enough at home. See that man with the ugly scars... he fought for his country. That guy you just made fun of for crying... his mother is dying. Put this in your 'about' page if you're against bullying. I'll bet 95% of you won't re-post this, but I'm sure the people with a heart and backbone will.
