I discovered writing in fifth grade, when I absolutely hated doing journal assignments and would always procrastinate on them.  I was surprised, then, when I routinely got the best grades in the class.  Through middle school, I realized that not only was I fairly good at it, but I could actually enjoy writing!  This summer, one of my friends started writing a book, and eventually I began to do the same.  We spent late nights staying up and edditing eachothers' work and eeping over attractive characters and high-emotion scenes.  She was the one who introduced me to this site, so here I am!
