Quick Update — Book 1 Edits
Hey everyone! Just a heads up on some changes I've made to existing chapters:
Formatting pass — I went through and cleaned up punctuation, italicised Elvish speech and internal thoughts consistently throughout, and tidied up a few repeated paragraphs that had crept in by accident.
Chapter splits — A handful of chapters were getting quite long, so I've split them at natural scene breaks to make them easier to read. The content is the same, just better paced.
Content additions — I've added some new scenes and expanded a few existing ones, particularly around Calmoriel's gifts awakening on the Anduin and the night watch conversations between Legolas, Gimli, and Aragorn. These scenes help set up threads that will carry into Book 2, so if you've already read those chapters it might be worth a quick revisit.
Nothing major has changed in terms of plot — these are all polish and expansion edits, not rewrites.
