After a few tales that were quite serious indeed, I decided to write something... not so serious. Despite my best efforts, I came up with this: "Like Us." It's a chapter in the best-selling "Word Diet" flash-fic collection.

@NinaaJaee Hiya back at ya! Thanks for the vote and I'm flattered to hear that you enjoy my stories. "Neutered" is one of my favs! The sarcasm/tongue-in-cheek humor really flies around in that one. I haven't posted anything new in months as I am working on a novel, but I plan on returning to WP for more short stories in the future.

Holiday Greetings Y'all
          First, I have placed a couple of holiday tales at the top of my profile.  I published these some time ago, and if your are a regular reader of the Weekendwritein, you may have read these.  If not, please take and look and enjoy!
