@LanYuyao Well everyone heals and copes differently. We're all different so we can't expect one mechanism or solution to help with another. We go at our own paces and learn and grow in different ways. As long as we put in the effort we can't say we didn't try.

@LanYuyao I force myself to do something. Whether it be finish an old coloring book or puzzle. I'll make myself do it even if I REALLY don't have the energy to. I don't want to fall back down again to I do anything to keep afloat.
