I am a high school English and Social Studies teacher with a love for social justice. I have penned many a letter calling for action in defence of human rights. I have a disturbingly strong love of art in any form including fashion and visual art. I have recently started creating an embroidered history boyfriend series to culminate my adoration of change makers and textile art. My writing is a means for me to express my anxiety regarding our current global political climate and not to mention our actual climate. The young characters who are the protagonists of my story give me much needed comfort in what I hope will be prospective future leaders who will implement actual change for the betterment of our planet and the creatures within in it.
