 (Realities that I have shifted to are SPN, MCU, PJO, HP,  TVD, OUAT and more)
I write about my shifting experience/ things that happened in my Dr/thing that I plan to happen in my Dr. It's impossible to remember every single detail of what happened, so most of it would be what I can remember or shortened but still keeping the meaning. I might not be able to remember exactly what they said in my Dr but I'll use my own word for their dialogue.

I have ADHD, dyslexia and English is my second language, apologies if my word aren't good
