I’m sorry! I went to move house and the deal went through, then at the very last minute ( when everything in my house was packed in boxes ), it fell through. We got gazumped, so my life totally got flipped upside down. T o T Things are starting to get back to normal now and I’ve been missing writing the story so much, so it probably won’t be long till I return to it! <3

Well, I finished proofreading and editing chapter one of the Blackheart book.
          
          It does have a name but I'm not releasing it yet out of an irrational fear of it being stolen before I complete my book, haha.
          
          I've actually proofread it about a couple hundred times now ( not an exaggeration! ) and this marks the first time of it's completion. Each round I do, I find something else to rewrite or reword but this time, I've finally perfected it.
          
          I'm actually writing the book separate from the preview chapter because my proofreading and editing happens so many times, that it'd be incredibly frustrating for readers to constantly get notified every time there's a tiny edit. It's for the best, I have OCD so I'm not about to stop perfecting things any time soon. But fortunately, it's time to move on to writing the next chapter.
          
          I'll upload new chapters as I go on the preview book, so that anyone who's interested is able to read it before it gets officially released! But I'll be lowkey about it until the official version is ready to be publically released all at once!
          
          I'll update the preview with the newly edited version of chapter one today, though, so that it's nicer to read.
          
          Anyway, have a lovely week! I'm excited to start work on chapter two! <3

I swear I'm working on it still! Planning out the storyboard is not easy, haha. But I want it to be perfect, it's important that it has a solid foundation or I might as well be building on top of sand.
          
          I'm making sure to focus on character motivations as I write out the storyboard so that it all has a reason and makes sense, in a satisfying way.
          
          Anyway, happy new year, I hope this year brings you great memories! And stories! Heheh <3
