So I'm looking for this fic I read a long time ago, send a message if you know which I'm talking about: So it's something about a blind and mute boy that everyone are afraid of. He walks around to different towns, scaring people with cutting on their doors. If he needs to talk, then he'll use a knife to cut the message on his arm. He comes to this town where one boy isn't scared of him, and decides to take care of him. But the king wants the blind boy dead, and shit happens.
