I by no means mean hate to ALL men. I have seen such great and respectable men in my life. One example is my dad. I also have many guy friends who have even said that it’s not fair for only girls to experience period cramps and other pains and that even men should be able to experience them lmao. I love men and I have no problem with them. When I use the word “men” I don’t mean all. It’s just a generalisation. I hope that whatever I said previously didn’t come off as hate towards men. I in no means try to mean that. Tysm for reading my rant lol. I was just so pissed off after seeing those tiktoks especially the ones where men were warning us abt what they could do to us on April 24th. I love u all (and by that I also mean men XD) . Stay safe sand take care guys.

Indian grovernmsnt for example ban sex education at school. Why? Because it’s explicit and tmi

Something that the we all have in our bodies and something that is a part of nature is explicit.

hiding something like this away from men and women will only make them aware of false information and this immaturity and misinformation gets carried on from generation to generation

no one teaches boys abt consent. No one teaches boys about what is actually harassment and abuse. What is actually crossing the line. No one teaches Boys about what is actually feminism. No one teaches boys how to respect women.
Sometimes not even their own mothers

a study shows that after a short course of few months of teaching young boys aged 7-17 about rape, consent, abuse, feminism, etc , the average % of guys who would step up and interfere when a woman was getting harassed raised from 26% to 70 something %

this proves that raising awareness abt this issue to boys from a young age, teaches them to respect women and treat them nicely

why can’t THIS be done. Why can’t boys be educated instead of victim blaming and victim shaming women and survivors.

A woman isn’t asking for rape when she wears revealing clothes or short dresses. No matter how and what a woman dresses or wears, men will still continue to be inappropriate. Some of them are so messed up that even age doesn’t matter to them. Whether u are wearing a skirt, shorts, tank top, bikini, burka, hijab, bodycon, saree, churidar, etc, men will continue to rape until u educate them abt this issue mainly and most importantly from a young age

men do all of this but still
          continue to say
          “Not all men”...

@Gookieyah https://borgenproject.org/5-facts-about-sex-education-in-india/
Teachers were literally threatened with violence....tbh sex education shouldn’t be optional ( I mean it isn’t even a thing here but yeah). It should be cumpolsory, like come on....you think children are gonna get corrupted by learning abt their own bodies. Nowadays even 10 year olds know what sex means.

Exactly. I’m gonna be very honest here. I grew up in Japan and moved to India just 2 years back. It wasn’t by choice and was because of my dad’s job. I literally fell into depression because of how my freedom would be taken away after coming to India and this wasn’t because I was influenced my the media. Whenever I used to come to India during my vacations , I was traumatized by how men literally started at the legs and body of a 13 year old. Random middle aged men who stared at my body. These incidents gave me such trauma that I fell into depression by just moving to India. Bro...the more I dig into this trash, the more I am getting frustrated by how crue and vile some men can be. What do they even get out of this?!

why do I have to cover myself up, Limit myself and dress “modestly” to
Protect myself from being raped while it’s actually the men who ARE raping and harassing women
When Sarah everard was murdered, a bill W was proposed which restricted women’s movement and set a curfew for women to not Roam around outdoors after 6pm for “their own safety”.
Why do we have to be punished?!
why do we have to lose our freedom when it’s actually MEN who commit these crimes. When it’s actually men who are so weak to not be able to control their sexual urges and go to this extent of even having non consensual sex.

when Baroness instead suggested that a bill be passed to issue a 6 pm curfew
for men instead of women, all the men rejected it by saying “not all men”

Men can go around, ruin a woman’s body, dreams, happiness, LIFE and get only a few years of jail or can even get a bail. Women (victims) who protect themselves against these rapists and assaulters by having n other way than to kill them get a lifetime of prison
where is the justice in this...

why do women have to be punished for trying to protect her honour and her body and basically doing nothing wrong at all while the damned guy who does this all of this, gets out Scott free.

why do victimes have to live the rest of their life scarred and hidden and in shame while the guys who did this to them can live freely

          isn’t this cruel

          isn’t this unfair

Lavenderpink05

@pandaEXPRESS007 @Gookieyah
Yeah, you both are right. I myself know that it’s the men’s fault and problem if they get perverted thoughts after seeing a young girl or a woman wear short dresses on HER body and that it has nothing to do with me and that I shouldn’t get uncomfortable but even I get scared to wear short dresses at my OWN house cause I am scared that men that ring the doorbell will look at me weirdly. I don’t even have the freedom to wear comfy clothes at my own house. These men have instilled such fear in us and have completely messed up our minds. This is so messed up.

we women are the ones who constantly have to be aware of our surroundings. We are the ones who have to rent dorms situated in well lit streets and nearby the main road or places where people pass by
we women are the ones told to cover up when we go out in the streets to not PROVOKE men with our bodies because apparently men have higher sexual urges and they can’t control it. They get riled up because of us.

We women are the ones who have to be back at home b4 it gets dark as it gets dangerous for us to be waking alone at night, when the danger to us is actually from men.

we women are the ones asked to go along with a male to make sure our safety is ensured

This young woman called Sarah everard and was raped and murdered by a cop, someone she trusted, late at night when she was returning home.

some sickos on tiktok made a post claiming that April 24th is national rape day and that on this day men can rape women freely

Yet men have the audacity to say “not all men”

YES WE DO KNOW THAT NOT ALL MEN DO THIS

For you it may be some men, but for us, it is enough men

when a guy is walking behind you at night in a dark alleyway or even in a well lit road, we don’t stop and check if the guy has good or bad intentions.
We would only try to be alert and ready to protect ourselves if something happens.

Lavenderpink05

@pandaEXPRESS007 exactly. Wearing short dresses isn’t an invitation for them to get into our pants. They should know this

@Lavenderpink05 that's messed up really so fucking much. I don't understand how can people even associate disgusting and mentality topic such as "rape" to "dressings and clothes" it does not make sense how dressings can change the mind and decisions of one man. MEN need to change their point of view and perspective to what they see for WOMEN. We dress the way we are comfortable, you see the way its respectful.

!Warning!
Sensitive terms such as r@pe and @buse are being used here

Yesterday I spent around 3-4 hours watching tiktoks on feminism, rape, abuse and all that
          and I legit cried...
I saw this statistics that around 20 million men have been killed in war
But more women and girls have been killed due to rape and assault
than the entire who died in war
97% of women get affected by men
And even if u r catcalled, if u were stared at or been made uncomfy by men, u r a part of this 97%
and bro I don’t really wanna accept this and I am still confused if this is true but even I am one of the 97%
i remember that when I was only 12 or 13 some random guy was staring at my legs constantly when I was sitting in front of a shop wearing a knee length dress. I remember that once in the train 2 guys were commenting weird and mostly gross stuff abt me while my mom was sitting right next to them. They also commented how I must have been enjoying it or something of that sort because I was laughing. I was laughing and telling my sister abt it not because I enjoyed it but because I was uncomfortable and this was the only way I could cope up with it at that time and tbh even now. If I am happy, scared or uncomfortable I smile or laugh. That helps me calm down

Our society is just so messed up....
If anyone is suffering from self esteem issues, I know that it’s hard loving yourself and being satisfied with what u have, especially after being exposed to all these “pretty” and “desirable” women online, but it’s never impossible to do so.
Remember that u guys are so unique.
You are the only person who looks like u and acts like you do. You are the only person being YOU. Embrace that uniqueness.
Don’t be afraid to look at your face and body in the mirror. Love each and every feature of your body.
If you have stretch marks, love them. If you have a crooked nose, love it. If you have a straight body shape, love it. Each and every part of your body and mark on your body has a story. The features that you have, are the ones which have been carried on from your ancestors.
You literally have the features of your mom, grand mom, dad, granddad, etc on you.
You are like a living museum.
Embrace that. Don’t let the words of others put you down.

Hey! I just read this post on insta talking abt this jimin situation. She had said that we armys were planning to trend the promise hashtag and a fe other hashtags on the start of 2021. Idk much abt the hashtags cause I don’t have Twitter but it’s kind of like #2021withjimin or #3yearswithpromise. But because of this whole malicious comments sistuation, the other negative hashtags such as #jimindeservestobeloved and a few other are trending. If you are asking “what’s wrong in this?”, well this whole hashtag thing was spread by the antis so that the positive hashtags wouldn’t be the ones trending. When the malicious comments came out at first, it wasn’t even a huge thing. But some of us armys saw these negative hashtags and started trending them. So infact we were tricked into trending these hashtags to sabotage the other happy ones. So if any of you guys are trending these hashtags, please stop doing them and instead lest start trending the ones which I had mentioned at first.

Lavenderpink05

Thank you so much . Idk how true this is but it’s better to be aware of it
