          It's a TVD book about the start of Klaus's ritual and as he is ready to perform it the Salvatore's sister who just woke up from the tomb stops it accidentally, please tell me if you know or read this book please. 

Tell me how I didn't know that Harry Potter was based in the 90's. So, an idea popped in my head; what if I bought a ghetto girl to Hogwartz and to bring some of that real 90's shit; that only a black girl from the 90's could do...If someone had a book like this, let me know before I start...Thanks.
