@-Hxwkeye Matt sighed again “ you are too stubborn, you know that?” He asked but lightly pushed the other in the direction of the shower “ less talking; more cleaning. “ after Clint was in the bathroom Matt nodded in satisfaction. Leave your clothes by the door; I’ll wash them and get you some clean clothes.” He then left to grab some clothes that would hopefully fit the other. He supposed sweatpants and a T-shirt let would do for the time being. Once he had them; he set them by the door for the other. “ clothes are outside the door. “ he called out to inform the other before leaving to make sure everything was tidied up. Another Matt trait— he liked everything as clean as possible— borderline ocd about it.

@-Hxwkeye “ You make it sound like I’m kidnapping you.” Matt sighed with a shake of his head. “ but if you want to be a pain in my ass; I will make your life hell; pun intended. “ he mused for a moment before holding his hand out to the other to help them up. “ you can borrow some of my clothes.” He grabbed the others hand and gingerly pulled them up to not cause more injury. “ as I said; shower... and I’ll bandage the wound again after.. all that effort stitching you up will not be wasted by you getting an infection “

@-Hxwkeye Matt folded his arms; a stubborn and almost too childish action for the male “ Well I will not allow my perfect record of being a good host be soiled by some injured man too stubborn to sleep in a bed.” Another slight joke; but it was clear Matt was still concerned. It wasn’t like Matt was going to sleep in the same bed with him; so why were they being so disagreeable? Matt sighed and took the empty glass “ would you like another glass? “ he asked softly but instead of waiting for answer; he went back to the kitchen but instead of water he opened the fridge and pulled out some orange juice; pouring it into the glass. “ you will need to get your blood sugar up— sorry I don’t currently have any food.. grocery shopping was planned for tomorrow.. so this will have to do for now.” Matt returned and handed back the glass. “ afterwards ; wash up and head to bed. If you have prior engagements you can leave in the morning but I won’t allow anything sooner.” Matt answered in a stern tone; making it clear it was not up for negotiation.
