Wattpad is depressing as hell. Half of my favorite authors are gone. This is why you never see me anymore. Most of the good books are gone or paid stories that I can’t really afford, or have been deleted by Wattpad for stupid reasons. Ugh. I’m tempted to delete my account as I hardly plan on coming back here anymore.

@marsinthevoid right!! Like I’d rather they take their stories off Wattpad completely, and me have to buy the book off Amazon. Because I’d rather give my money to Amazon than… Wattpad.

i feel you, though . i remember making a rant a couple years back on why i just knew paid stories were going to be the worst thing to happen to wattpad, and people just came after me for claiming that i was apparently hating on authors LMAO but wattpad has honestly gone down hill and i’m starting to notice that even if authors stop doing paid stories, the book will glitch so badly that it’s not even worth reading anymore. it’ll always throw me forward like 10-15 chapters and i won’t be able to click out of it without it happening

Since I have been gone for a while I now need new boyxboy book suggestions, or really good books from any other genre (and yes, even straight romance if you can promise it isn’t cheesy and cliche!). I have no idea where to even begin.

@EternalJuvenescence I have like two reading lists? There's this really good one that's a re-write of the frog Prince? It's super super cute. I love it so much. It's like, this patrilineal curse, and there's a bunch of Chinese mythology in it and just. Yes. So good
