Hey, thanks for commenting on my book. Which workout did you do? 1 or 2? Also, is there any certain areas you want me to throw more exercises in for (abdominals, butt) and do have an idea of how many lbs you want to drop?
I will be putting up my version of the "Glowing Green Smoothie" (and I drink it every morning) in the book soon and probably another workout tomorrow.
Do you prefer when I explain the exercises more or do you just want the workout?
