I think it's very important that you finish the story. In most cases readers are not willing to read unfinished books. So this is key.
            
            Once you're done, you can submit your book to the Wattpad genre profiles (like Romance or Mystery etc), they read your book and add it to their lists if they like it.
            
            Maybe ask the @ambassadors about the profile directory and about the submission process (there are usually forms you need to fill out).
