Ryan Forrester is a middle child in a family of 6 kids. Being 3rd born of 6, he's felt a little out of place for most of his life. Ryan has 5 siblings: four brothers and one sister.

He's had many major life experiences, and many of which has shaped who he has become today.

The forest was where Ryan found his peace. He and his two friends built so many forts, one couldn't count how many they built on two hands.
He named it his fort solitude and that's how he lived: school, forest, home, repeat.

Ryan thinks this has shaped his writing and the person he is today. The forest is still his favorite place, and because of this, a lot of his hobbies and writings include natural landscapes.
Ryan is ambitious in many aspects of his life. He holds many transcendentalist beliefs; all men are equal, but men are just beasts of the earth alike animals. He believes in a simple life, and he believes in animal rights and that animals are as conscious as we are. You can see this in much of his writings; animals are quite ubiquitous throughout his stories!

Ryan has thoroughly enjoyed many books throughout his life. The series that really sparked his interest in reading was the Magic Treehouse series. He absorbed all of the content from those books in elementary school. Throughout late elementary/middle school, he read all of Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson/The Lost Hero books. His favorite serious, however, is Christopher Paolini's Inheritance cycle. He highly recommends the series to anyone that enjoys the fantasy genre. It has dragons dude. Dragons.
All of these books are fantasy fiction. You can most definitely see this influence in his writings.

Ryan feels as though his author's voice is creative, witty, philosophical, and humorous. You can definitely see the strange and vivid descriptive words in his writings, and he certainly has a different sense of humor.
