Hi my real name is Saleita Smith I was born on November21,1990  I got diagnosis with type 1diabetes i take   two shot everyday and on Sept.9,2015 weight  loss sleeve surgery  to help lower my A1c for my diabetes went i have   the weight  sleeve surgery i loss over 70 pound.I love spend time with my family and i love send time  with all of my best friend but some time i just want to be back my self.
