Started to read this fanfic this morning, sadly it’s another one that never got the chance to be finished. However, I really like the plot and this fanfic is really good and well written, couldn’t stop reading it this morning until I was done with it.

            Im doing better I have been sick with the flu for the past week and last weekend included so Easter wasn’t a great time for me this year. But now I’m back to normal or at least I’m still recovering but I’m not as sick anymore. Went to a wedding on Saturday and today Sunday I’m going to a birthday later before heading back home and staying home for the next couple days to fully recover and you?

Hey :) I'm getting better now since I've been sick, but still have the cough and couldn't sleep with this cough no matter I tried to sleep. Doctor gave me antibiotic. I can write now but when I was sick I was poorly and slowly getting back together. How are you anyways?

Hey, girl! Hope you've been doing good! I had a question I hope you don't mind answering? I had a ticket I submitted to Wattpad at the start of November 2025 and it's still marked as "open" on the Help Center page with no agent assigned to it. I was just wondering if this is normal? Usually I haven't had to wait this long for a response and was hoping it hadn't been forgotten about <3

@Lelemontgomery Hey, Lele! Great hearing from you - I hope you've been well! Thanks for getting back to me. Yeah, the ticket is still open - it says it's been open for 5 months now. Well, actually I did try replying to the original email to follow up and every time I do, it closes the ticket as "solved" because now the ticket is so old. I recently tried opening a new ticket to follow up about it and referenced the original ticket number and it was closed by the same agent who left the original one open. So I figured maybe that's a good sign? Hopefully that means it's still being reviewed.  Oh, okay! Maybe it's just that then. I'm sure the staff have a lot of tickets that come through they have to review so maybe it's just backlogged or something right now.

QueenMimi96 I tried sending you and email but somehow it didn’t work and now I just noticed that you wrote me in February and the message never showed up before.
            For you ticket question. Is it still open as of now? If so, send a follow up. There should be the option below the original ticket once you click into the ticket to send a follow up. 
            Maybe it did get lost. I know that especially in the first couple months of a new year, the staff is sometimes not there and something might slip through without anyone noticing it but I did had a ticket myself that has been open for a very long time before finally someone worked on it so this can happen at any time. Try sending a follow up and see if something happens in the next week or two

@StepUpGirl sorry for the late reply, girl. Alright, so I like to use Canva to create covers, they have an app and website you can use mostly for free. I really like to use it, or use photopea (website like photoshop) if you really want to create a cover from scratch not using a template and trying out your own style with other images. to remove backgrounds from images, I use remove.bg which does the job pretty good, then I import them to canva or photopea and start creating my cover there. Let me know if you need help with it or if I can help you in any other way

@DarkTwilightDesiree yes I love snow, I prefer winter season with snow rather than without it because it tends to be colder if there is no snow around. 
            
            Writing sounds nice! Can’t wait to be back home and settle back into my old routine of writing hours too!!!

Hey! I hope you have been doing well! I have had that plagiarist, celestial_writer54 who wrote the story, Veni Vidi Amavi, that plagiarized my Dean Winchester Hearts series, come back again under the username, dreamerandwriter14, with the story name changed to Illumoria . If you recall, I first reported her back in August 2024 and then she uploaded her story again in February 2025 which subsequently got her deleted and banned from Wattpad. In the meantime, she also posted snippets of her plagiarized work on Tik Tok (which I reported and after multiple violations, she got banned from there as well) and she posted the same story on AO3 (which I've reported and haven't heard back from yet). So I'm not sure if I should file a report and give all the details all over again or just tell them that she's the same user that plagiarized me some months back and give her username, story name, etc and they probably still have it all on file. If you have any advice on how I should handle this, I'd be so grateful! I've never seen such a relentless plagiarist before and she's given me a lot of headaches dealing with all of this. Anyway, thank you for all of your help!

@Lelemontgomery Sorry to bother you again! Just wanted to let you know that the story is being put back up again because she did a counter-notice DMCA to take me to court. Even though the story and user has already been banned. The same agent, Themis, is dealing with all of this but when I mentioned this to her, she still said it was a legal process, etc and it would be restored without notice of a court order in response. Even when I pointed out that the user had already been banned (and gave screenshot proof where the user herself even stated this on Tik Tok), the agent still ignored that totally.  I really don't know what else to do here since this is a blatant violation of the rules of Wattpad itself.
