@CatsAreLittleShits I just want you to know that the first Christmas that I was out as trans was exactly like that. Half my family still gave me “girl” gifts and the other half gave me crappy “boy” stuff. I just want you to know that it will get better year after year. This past Christmas was the second Christmas I have been out as trans and it’s better than last year and I’ve actually gotten gifts I want and my family doesn’t act like they are walking on eggshells around me. But it’s not easy. It won’t be easy for years to come. Sadly.
