Trying to write Chapter 10 of Heliotrope. About 1.5k words in. Almost done. In the process of trying to write chapter 10 I realized I needed to split what I had planned into 10 and 11, which pushes back the original chapter 11 to chapter 12. Good news, the new chapter 11 should hopefully come pretty fast, since it's the sort of chapter that I adoreeeeeeee writing.

@LemonLoaf No it's fine I just wanna know the routine of other writers because at times when I'd go back like... maybe not 50 times but sure a lot times to rewrite stuff I'd ask myself do I really have to live like this but I'm glad I'm not the only one

            Oh! There is one thing I do that I'm not sure if other writers do or not, I plan everything before I start writing. I planned out all of my chapters, fleshed out my characters, kingdoms, religions, etc. I do it on pencil and paper, makes it easier for me. I try to not stick tooooooo strictly to the chapter outlines, but they help a lot to guide the story. I also try to figure out what I want the ending to be before I write the whole book.
            
            I'm sorry I didn't say all this when you first asked, my mind blanked to be honest T-T Never been asked that before, but I am very flattered :>
