I've come to the realization that my chapters would be better if I didn't try to pump them out every day and just gave myself focus time. In the past, with other books, I would force myself to write every day, often late into the nights (think 1-5 am). Because of this, each chapter would be 1-2k words and varying in quality due to bad sleep.
After stretching one chapter over 2-3 days to test the waters, and realizing that I got a lot more done and made a much more fluid story, I've decided to stop pushing myself to my limits. This of course means the chapters will come out every few days instead of every day, but they'll be much longer than 1k words (5k per chapter average) and also of better quality.
It will still be my priority, though, since I'm a bed-bound cripple with literally nothing else to do, so don't expect it to end anytime soon! I always finish my stories.
Other books to expect in the future:
•Sokka x reader with a special firebending twist that I haven't read about yet. This one has been in the works for as long as spirit speaking (2 months of planning).
•Definitely a sokkaxzukoxreader since I'm a poly folk and can't choose between two for the life of me. Still going over what the premise would be though.
