Hmm.. Let me tell you. It's not as simple as you think. There will be a lot of processes to go through. One such association will involve law and money. That's for a famous writer, I don't know about the others. Like new authors, unfamous authors. Or the writer who was born from wattpad, maybe. It might still be easy to ask them permission. And when we ask permission, there's not just a YES or a NO. More than that, buddy.
And what if it was J.K Rowling? Or Stephenie Meyer? Or maybe Nicholas Sparks? Do you think they'd give you permission just for a fanfic? If it were that easy, entertainmeslowly wouldn't have disappeared after adapting books from Pepper Winters. (One of the most famous writers)
I know, there's a lot of JL adaptations books from famous authors out there. So why TF am I the only one who has copyright issues? How You Like That, WP? Hmm.. There are two possibilities. First, I was too transparent and WP could easily recognize it. Second, someone reported it/me. (Maybe this is just my assumption, but every time someone asks me via DM, they ask for the original author and title. My account will disappear a few days later.) I don't care tho. I always coming back :D
And now the problem is:
What should I do with this account? There are two options, actually. Give this account to someone else or write my own stories (but I don't have much time. So maybe I looking for a partner for this one).
