Author, Artist, Video Game Nerd, and last but not least mom to a sweet silly dog and three mischievous cats. I escape reality through creativity, whether it's in painting, listening to music, or reading a book. It's nice to put on my headphones, pick up a paintbrush or a pen and simply disappear for a few hours. I love to visit magical places where impossible things are possible and even the scariest things can be faced. My mother taught me to read, and she taught me to write, and she instilled in me a love of stories and art. Without her, I would not be the imaginative and creative person I am. While my life has not always been easy, I have had the love of my brothers and sister; Nicholas, Ty, and Dinah who have given me the strength to make it through some very tough times.
