Why is it, almost every time I read a werewolf book on this site, it's an abusive romance? Seriously, why? Why does the victim always go back to the abuser? Why are there such large age gaps? Whyyyyyyyyyy
          .... I shouldn't be doing this, but would anyone want to read a werewolf story? I know most of y'all are either fans of Harry Potter or read those kinds of stories, but I'm curious. Would it be worth writing and posting? 
          I am an attention whore and am not afraid to admit it.

Ayyy, so I know I’ve been gone a while. There’s a reason for that. 
          I’m revamping? Rewriting? Unicorn’s Blood and maybe Bound By Blood. 
          I realized Unicorn’s Blood has a lot of problems. Mainly because of both the source material and my amateur ass. I keep running into problems with the Wizarding government, Voldemort, and the Death Eaters. 
          Cause the Death Eaters are supposed to be bigots, right? That’s how they are depicted in HP– families and wixen that refuse to move on with the times. 
          However, it’s so hard to write UB because of this problem. It doesn't fit with what is depicted in the books. The school setup is ridiculous, accountability is nonexistent, and even with the au I’m still running into problems. 
          I’ve also become slowly discontent with Harry’s characterization in this, and Barty’s. So I’m going to completely revamp it. Be on the lookout for chapters changing. Who knows, maybe Chp. 3 might actually come out right this time. 
          Regardless, I apologize and that is the current reason for my delay. 
          
          Bound by Blood readers? Expect a little bit of a revamp too. I gotta remember how to write children, and I want to redo how I characterized the Dursley family. And Harry. And the Potters. Good god it has problems. 
          
          In the meantime, I might come out with another fic. Or, at the very least, the first chapter of it. Tell me if y’all would be willing to read an au focusing on Slytherin House in the Marauders Era if Voldemort died before he could launch his blood supremacist cult.

          So, I might have been taking a MAJOR break from the internet, and it might have been unplanned. 
          Yeah, friend drama is lovely. 
          Anyways, am back, and am going to try and establish a decent writing schedule so y'all don't have to wait 3 months for updates!
          To those of you reading Unicorn's Blood, I'm sorry. 
          Bound by Blood, I don't know what to tell you other than I am surprised and very grateful for you sticking with me this far. I don't know if that one will be updated soon or consistently 'cause the plot's all over the place, but I will try!
          I shall see you in some next installments, including a potential new fanfic.

Hello when will you update Unicorn's Blood?

Okay, dammit. 
          I know I have been SO behind on Unicorn's Blood and Bound by Blood and I am SO sorry to everyone who's been waiting for updates. A new chapter should be out before November 1st on Unicorn's Blood. Bound by Blood might take a little longer. 
          
          I have decided to add some more OCs, so let me know if there are any particular character types you want to see! If you don't like this change, I'm so sorry, but I figured a Ministry that would throw Harry into Azkaban would throw other teens into Azkaban. 
          
          I'd love to know if you'd like another chapter from Ron, Rabastan, or Barty's POV. Or someone else, it doesn't have to be just those three!

Updates on my fics:
          Bound by Blood - Hopefully biweekly. If not, whenever I write a new chapter. 
          Unicorn's Blood - I'm shooting for biweekly for this one as well. It will be alternating, so if my life doesn't decide to say "Nope, you're busy because I like to fuck with you!", that should be one of those two fics updating every week. 
          Wolfsbane - Taken down for major revision and editing. Will repost once I have at least three chapters. 
          
          I'm going to say I'm hesitantly open to writing people's fic ideas, but there will NOT be a schedule for updating those. If you want to submit one, you must include the following:
          Basic premise(what the story is about, how you want it to end, etc)
          Main characters(who's perspective(s) is it going to be told from/be about)
          Creature Inheritances/Potions/Compulsions/Parent Changes/Wrong-Boy-Who-Lived/Betrayal(all necessary or that apply)
          Bashing/Changes in Morality(Evillightside, morallygreydarkside, those things)
          Ships (what ships you want, what ships you absolutely can't have, etc. Please note that there will be no shipping anyone YOUNGER THAN 17 with anyone older than them by four years. For example, someone who is 14 and someone who is 18 is fine. Someone who is 16 and someone who is 33 or 70 is not. )
          Please note that you will have to private message me about this and I reserve the right to veto ideas or change them. You may only see the first chapter up for months without the next. The fic will be mentioned as yours.
