I dont think my headache is migraine. Its something else

i went to a psychiatrist today and he diagnosed that i've depression, anxiety, emotional stress and physical symptoms from stress.

Its 00:58 and im gonna sleep now. Good night dear. 

I dont know whats wrong with me. Im scared that i might do something really bad and i decided to go to my sister's work place with her tomorrow. 

My migraines got worse and i went to see a doctor yesterday. And he gave me some painkillers and more and its like sleeping tablets. I feel sleepy the moment i took them. And worst of all, im on my periods and having period cramps. Like i havent got my periods for like a year and suddenly i got them yesterday.  I was so happy but now i regret it. 

You dont use this acc, do you?
